AMADA HFE 170-3 L CNC press brake was built in France in 2000. The machine designed for bending workpieces with a maximum length of 3100 mm, has seven numerically controlled axes (Y1, Y2, X1, X2, R, Z1, Z2) and 170 tonnes of press force. This allows for very high machining accuracy and, thanks to the deflection arrow compensation function, the desired angle is present along the entire length of the bent sheet.
All machining parameters are programmed on the intuitive and easy-to-use AMADA CNC control located on the arm. The press was used for 15656 hours (5.5 years of operation at 8 hours per day). The total weight of the press brake is 12400 kg.
