Solid Construction

The Swiss-type CNC lathe is engineered for exceptional rigidity and precision. Its high-rigidity body structure and machine base casting integrate reinforced structural elements and precision linear guideways to ensure outstanding machining stability, even during long or complex machining cycles. This solid construction minimizes vibration and deformation, resulting in extended tool life, improved dimensional accuracy, and superior surface finishes.

Dual-Spindle Design

The machine features a dual-spindle setup consisting of a built-in main spindle and a sub-spindle, both supporting C-axis control. The main spindle operates at high speed with minimal vibration, ensuring smooth and high-quality surface finishes. The sub-spindle can be equipped with live tooling, enabling complex end-face operations such as drilling, tapping, and milling. This configuration allows complete machining in a single setup, significantly reducing handling time and improving overall productivity.

Time-Saving Setup

The Swiss-type CNC lathe supports up to 23 tools, enabling simultaneous machining on the front and back sides of the workpiece. This capability dramatically reduces cycle time and increases production efficiency, making the HCS-25B an excellent solution for high-volume manufacturing environments.

Versatile Machining Solution

An optional synchronous rotary guide bushing is available for machining long and slender components, improving machining consistency and reducing processing time. When used with the guide bushing, the machine offers a travel of 180 mm with a residue of 150 mm. Without the guide bushing, the travel increases to 310 mm with a residue of 50 mm, providing enhanced flexibility for a wide range of part requirements.
