Description
The Toyoda JTEKT SB316Z is a heavy-duty CNC double-column bridge-type vertical machining center designed for machining large and complex workpieces with exceptional rigidity and accuracy. Manufactured in 2025, this machine combines a robust bridge construction with high-capacity machining capabilities, making it ideal for aerospace, energy, mold & die, heavy equipment, and large structural component manufacturing.
The machine features an expansive 2,997 × 1,499 mm (118″ × 59″) table with a maximum load capacity of 9,988 kg (22,000 lbs). Travels include 3,061 mm (120.5″) on the X-axis, 1,600 mm (63″) on the Y-axis, and 800 mm (31.5″) on the Z-axis, providing a large machining envelope for oversized components.
