CNCBUL Pro Network – Terms of Service

Company: CNCBUL PERMAN MACHINERY INVESTMENT CONSULTANCY LIMITED
Platform: The “CNCBUL Pro Network” website and related services.
Users: “Providers” (CNC service companies/technicians) and “Customers” (buyers of CNC services).

1) Acceptance

By creating an account, submitting a form or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2) Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 18 and acting for a business. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping credentials secure. Information you submit must be accurate and kept up to date.

3) Our Role (Marketplace Only)

CNCBUL is not a party to the service contract between Customer and Provider. Providers deliver the work and are solely responsible for compliance, safety, quality, tools, personnel, and insurance. We provide discovery, lead routing and optional payment facilitation.

4) Listings, Leads & Quotes

Customers may submit service requests; Providers may receive leads and send quotes. CNCBUL does not guarantee any minimum number of leads, awards, revenue or availability of Providers. We may verify, refuse or remove any submission that is inaccurate, unsafe or inappropriate.

5) Fees & Payments

We may charge lead fees, subscriptions, deposits and/or commissions (as shown on the Platform at the time of purchase). Where we facilitate payments, funds are collected on behalf of the Provider; commissions and applicable taxes may be deducted before remittance. Chargebacks, refunds and payment processor rules apply.

6) Cancellations & Refunds

Each job is a separate contract between Customer and Provider. Cancellation, rescheduling and refund terms in the quote/confirmation govern. Deposits and lead fees are non-refundable unless the Platform expressly states otherwise or required by law.

7) Service Quality, Safety & Compliance

Providers warrant they (a) are qualified and properly insured, (b) comply with applicable laws and manufacturer guidance, (c) take reasonable measures to protect people, machines and data, and (d) maintain appropriate backups before any work on CNC controls/parameters. Customers must ensure site access, utilities, lifting/anchoring, and safety prerequisites.

8) Reviews & Ratings

Customers may leave reviews. CNCBUL may moderate for spam, abuse or conflicts of interest, but does not verify every review. Providers consent to the display and use of ratings on the Platform.

9) Content & Intellectual Property

Users grant CNCBUL a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display and use submitted content (texts, photos, certificates) for operating and promoting the Platform. Users must have rights to the content they submit and must not infringe others’ rights.

10) Data & Privacy

We process personal data according to our Privacy Policy. Providers must handle Customer data lawfully (e.g., GDPR, if applicable), use it only for fulfilling the job, and delete it when no longer necessary unless retention is legally required.

11) Prohibited Conduct

No misuse of the Platform, including: false profiles, scraping, spam, circumventing fees, unsafe practices, illegal or deceptive activities, or attempts to undermine ratings or security.

12) Third-Party Tools & Links

The Platform may integrate third-party services (payment processors, messaging, mapping). We are not responsible for those services or their terms.

13) Disclaimers

The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available”. CNCBUL disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee outcomes, job success, machine performance or availability.

14) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CNCBUL is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or lost-profit damages. Our aggregate liability related to the Platform shall not exceed the greater of £100 or the fees you paid to CNCBUL in the last 3 months.

15) Indemnity

You will indemnify and hold harmless CNCBUL from claims, damages, costs and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Platform, your content, or your services.

16) Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts or remove content for any breach, risk, fraud, or harm. You may stop using the Platform at any time. Certain sections (e.g., Fees, IP, Liability) survive termination.

17) Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of London, UK have exclusive jurisdiction. We may require informal resolution first; if unresolved, parties may consider mediation before litigation.

18) Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with an updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
