The Rigid Gantry Structure The gantry structure is built with high rigid dual-wall strengthened MEEHANITE® casting iron proved by FEM analysis to perform high speed machining and low cutting vibration. This design can also fulfill high contour finishing and extend the tools' lives. Rigid spindle design-IDD Plus Efficiently isolate and remove the heat from the motor. Installed with micro-lubrication oil-air system to maintain spindle bearings in flawless conditions. BBT40 dual-contact tooling system sustains high speed machining rigidity, and the floating tool-clamping design assures the stable, reliable and durable service life. The oil-thermal cooling system is taken strictly to monitor the spindle system in constant running temperature, and to assure the utmost accuracy and reliability. YCM Made Buit-In Motorized Spindle. The built-in motorized spindle of 20000rpm is featured with precision ceramic bearings, high power output, and BBT 40 rigid high speed tooling system to satisfy most requirements of high speed and high precision machining in molds & dies, and precision parts productions. The spindle thermal sensors monitor and tune the spindle system in stable conditions. The coolant spindle thermal control system efficiently removes heat and assures the utmost machining accuracy, reliability, and service life. Deployed with Hi-LUB OIL-AIR system to assure the utmost bearings lubricating and cooling for constantly stable operation and service life. The front mounting bearings are for easy, quick, and cost-saving maintenance.
