1, Features CK5112HM is a high speed CNC vertical lathe with C axis and live spindle, the CNC system is Siemens/ Fanuc-Op. This machine have one square ram, It has the toolpost in front for cutting machining, also the live spindle inside can make drilling & milling or boring. The machine is designed and built to meet modern machining requirements with high speed cutting tools and carbide cutters on workpiece of ferrous, non-ferrous and other materials, and meet the request to finish all the machining within once clamping. Tapping Basing on its super rigid structure, big machining capacities, heavy table load capacity, stable structure and high machining efficiency, the machine has a wide application in, power generation heavy electrics hydro / steam turbine generators pump / valve industries foundry, casting, metallurgy ship building, heavy engineering, etc Suitable for 400-380V/50HZ/3Ph local power supply, other voltage should be indicated. GG25 standard grade cast iron structure for super stability, reliability & longer machine life, Centralized operation button panel, Mecano-Germany THK/NJGY ballscrew on X and Z axis for feeding, guarantee the accuracy and stable. Quenched, tempered & ground guideways on ram, Hydraulic clamping of cross beam onto the columns for heavy duty cutting, Crossbeam lifting up/down has soft and hard limits for double protection. Wear-resistant industrial material coating on the travelling guideways and wear-resistant Zinc-Aluminum alloy strips engraved in the table guideways for longer machine life, Affluent safety & protection setting-ups & interlocks are integrated with the machine, etc. This series machine is suitable for finely and roughly turning cylinder and inner hole, inner and outer taper, surfacing, curving of the ferrous, grooving, drilling, threading and grinding, nonferrous metal and some kinds of non-metal materials with carbide and porcelain tools. Feed system is driven by AC servo motor which is connected with ballscrew by flexible couple to implement clearance-free transmission and high precision turning. The columns, whose thermal symmetric construction, is calculated by finite element method, stand on table base. Effective vibration-insulated method is adopted to ensure high rigidity and strong anti-vibration ability. The table is thermal-symmetric construction. The spindle is centered by high-precision double-row short cylindrical roller bearing whose radial clearance can be adjusted. With large high-precision thrust ball bearing on axial direction as rolling guideway, and oil temperature cooling device, the table has high swiveling precision, larger load ability and smaller deformation. 3. Machine Body Main bodies of the machine are made of high rigid resin sand castings with thermal / vibratory stress relief (VSR) aging treatment-Grade GG25. Steel parts are thermal refined. resin sand casting high grade, high intensity and low stress thermal annealing treatment of casting aging treatment (thermal / vibratory) for stress relief of casting Worktable base & C axis structure under worktable Worktable base is under worktable, it’s the base of the machine, on the surface of base has annular hydro-static guideway, they are near the center hole of worktable. There are two drive systems inside the worktable base: One is for turning, one is for indexing. The servo indexing system is aside of the worktable base. The servo system is used by AC servo motor and Europe gear box with anti-backlash. The AMO/HEIDENHAIN encoder is in the center of worktable could test the position of worktable for indexing. At the same time, with the help of AMO/HEIDENHAIN circle grating ruler under the worktable to make the C axis indexing in closed-loop control. To work with HEIDENHAIN-AMO circle grating ruler, worktable could be high accuracy indexing by CNC controlled in 360º without limitation. Double servo motors connect with gear ring for indexing function. It has the automatic backlash reducing function controlled by CNC system. During C axis indexing, one servo motor working in forward and one is working is reverse to reduce the tolerance between gears, then the two servo motors working in the same direction for indexing, to eliminate backlash when rotary direction changing. The two servo motors get the feedback from AMO/HEIDENHAIN encoder to make the positioning for the worktable. Worktable could have hydraulic chuck as option.
